  1. Ownership
    Ownership of products passes from E Cigarette Impressions to Customer at the time the products leave E Cigarette Impressions storage location. E Cigarette Impressions will take responsibility for any loss or damage to the product that occurs during shipping. E Cigarette Impressions is not liable for delays in shipment or failure to ship by the estimated ship date.
  2. Warranties and Disclaimers
    • E Cigarette Impressions expresses a 30 day product warranty in effect from date of packing slip. Warranty applies to mechanical parts only. Cartridges and e-liquids are not considered mechanical parts; therefore, not covered under warranty. E Cigarette Impressions will be obligated to honor any such warranty only upon E Cigarette Impressions receipt of payment in full for the item to be warranted.
    • E Cigarette Impressions disclaims all other warranties and conditions, expressed or implied, in respect of the products and services contemplated by these terms and conditions including, without limitation, implied warranties and conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
    • E Cigarette Impressions responsibility for claims in respect of the products and services contemplated by these terms and conditions is limited to repair and replacement as set forth in E Cigarette Impressions applicable warranty statement in effect on the date of the invoice.
    • E Cigarette Impressions reserves the right to change its warranties at any time, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, with respect to future sales and deliveries.,
    • Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain implied warranties or conditions or limitations on how long an implied warranty or condition lasts in consumer transactions; therefore, foregoing disclaimers may not apply to you.
  3. Return Policies
    E Cigarette Impressions’s customer return policy provides that end-user customers who purchase products directly from E Cigarette Impressions may return them to E Cigarette Impressions up to 30 days after the date of the shipment delivery for such products for a refund of the product purchase price if customer has already paid the same. There are exceptions within specific product pages stating the extended warranty time as noted in the warranty tabs. The warranty will not cover abuse. This refund does not include any shipping and handling charges. Returned products must be in an “as new” condition. Documentation, power cables, product box, cartridges, and any other items need to be included with the product returned. E Cigarette Impressionsa requires a 5% restocking fee for the item returned. If the product is returned without 100% of the product components; the percentage for the missing components will be deducted. E Cigarette Impressions will assist customers on an individual basis. My promise is to serve you fairly.
  4. Added 11/02/2013: It is the responsibility of the customer to return items in a logical manner. A logical manner would be adding tracking to the return package. If the .90 cents is an issue for you, simply request reimbursment and I will oblige. This way there is no doubt that you have attempted return of your package. If you have returned an item and it has not arrived to the E cigarette Impressions location, we will do our best to help locate the package; however, we are not responsible for missing packages. It is your responsiblity to make sure it arrives safely to us, just as it is our responsibility to do everything within our ability to make sure it arrives safely to you. There are always extenuating circumstance. For example, the postal worker has an accident in transit to the destination. This is a situation beyond our control. As most of us know, sometimes things just happen that make it impossible to complete the mission as planned. Please be considerate of such circumstances.
    Added 2/09/2014: For those of you who qualified for free shipping: If you drop below the free shipping status during the time of your return, you will have the shipping cost deducted from total of the refund.
  5. Exchanges
    From time to time, E Cigarette Impressions may, in its sole discretion, exchange products or portions of a product. Any exchanges will be made in accordance with E Cigarette Impressions’s exchange policies in effect on the date of the exchange. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  6. Products
    E Cigarette Impressions’s policy is one of ongoing product update and revision. E Cigarette Impressions will post product availability when quantities have reached a low supply level. E Cigarette Impressions may revise and discontinue products at any time without prior notice; however, will try to inform customers of changes in status. E Cigarette Impressions shall use its reasonable efforts to ensure that the catalog of products on its website is up-to-date, but E Cigarette Impressions makes no guarantee that all products listed in E Cigarette Impressions’s online catalog will be available at all times. If these situations apply to customer, E Cigarette Impressions will notify customer appropriately.
